Texas lawyer covered by cat filter on video stream tells Daily News he can now laugh about it

A county attorney’s appearance by video in a Texas court briefly turned into a cat-astrophe on Tuesday when a filter of a googly-eyed feline flashed in the lawyer’s place.

His video stream was paws-ed.
